Your project enquiry

The conversation asks for your name, email, project and any optional thoughts. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss potential work. Your answers stay in the current page while you write them; they are sent only when you choose SEND.

Enquiries go to Simona and Aleksejs by email through Resend and to our shared Telegram group. Cloudflare handles the website and form endpoint. A technical database keeps delivery receipts, notification status and short-lived hashed rate-limit counters; it does not store the text of your project conversation. Email and Telegram copies are kept for correspondence and managing enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list or send your enquiry content to Google Analytics.

Analytics, on your terms

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides website visit and performance statistics without analytics cookies. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Google Analytics loads only after you select ALLOW ANALYTICS. It measures page visits and actions such as opening a project, starting the enquiry conversation and successfully sending an enquiry. Google receives browser and device information and analytics identifiers. Our analytics events exclude your name, email, written replies, enquiry identifiers and URL query strings. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

We remember your analytics choice in this browser for 180 days. If you allow Google Analytics, its cookies are limited to 180 days. You can refuse without losing any site functionality. Use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further Google Analytics tracking and removes its cookies from this site; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.

Questions and requests

To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw a request, contact simonaamois@gmail.com or amoisejevs3@gmail.com. Enquiry data is used to handle your request and possible pre-contract discussions; optional Google Analytics is based on your consent. Technical processing supports operation and protection of the website.

Service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices describe the applicable safeguards. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
